Snow Farm winery sits on Lake Champlain and the drive up to the winery and vineyards is beautiful. The rustic, country winery offers a great tasting of their wines, nice size pours at a good price. The late harvest and ice wines are exceptional and worth the added tasting fee to sample them. In addition to offering a nice tasting... More

We came here after visiting East Shore Vineyard and there were several wines that I enjoyed. You get to try all of their wines for a low price except one of their dessert wines that you can pay a little extra for. You also get to keep the wine glass! The woman serving was knowledgeable of the wines and a... More

My wife and I returned to our nearly yearly visit to Snow Farm Vinyards and found the same great selection of wine samplings (actually an increased number this year). The views of the rows of grapes backed by distant mountains is also an important treat. There was an unusal rush of people the last two hours before closing, and the... More

Coming from Burlington by bike, it was our destination for our day ride., once we arrived we were pleasantly greeted and they have a wonderful setup. Outdoor tastings, a good selection of tastings and we were pleasantly surprised by some of the quality. For a small vineyard they have a good variety. We bought a Bock noir and we liked... More

We had a beautiful drive to the vineyard. Then each wine was more delicious than the next. We were able to place an order and ship it home. Our server was very informative and involved with us. Great experience.

Stop by on a Thursday night during the summer for great live music. Pleasant wine and great location. Bring food though there are a few food trucks too. Really pleasant night out on South hero island.

While visiting family in Vermont, we decided to check out a local winery that was close to where I was staying. We drove thru back roads and had beautiful views of Lake Champlain. Used the GPS directions to find the winery because it is off the beaten path. Once there it is charming, inside and out. We did a wine... More

We biked here and stopped in for a rest stop and the novelty. The space was cool and relaxing, so we decided to do some tastings. The wines were okay - the ice wine was accept something special. We enjoyed the experience, and although we were not taken with the wine, we enjoyed it very much.

We rode our rental bikes on back country roads to this location. Great wine and food can be eaten outside on tables in a lovely country setting. Staff was very informative and friendly.
