The North East Kingdom is a beautiful, less-populated area of Vermont, filled with winding roads, covered bridges, cow-filled fields in the foreground of magnificent, crimson and golden mountains. Drive up past Lake Willoughby, through Montgomery Center, over Rte 58 (for possible moose sightings), and spend the night at the Highland Lodge in Greensboro in your own cottage overlooking CAspian LAke. Take a day trip over to Burlington Waterfront and Ride across the lake on the "Ethan ALlen" boat, while enjoying wine and cheese. Drive back over to your cottage and enjoy the peace and quiet in Vermont's hidden gem, the North East Kingdom.
