Saw late showing of Lego Batman movie. This is an older theater in need of modernization. There were some repairs going on – we walked past construction materials in the lobby. Small concession stand. Older style seats, where the seat backs reclined too much for my tastes. The screen seems a little dim. Sound was fine.

Theater has improved over the years. Seats are larger, more leg room and comfortable. Cleanliness can be a challenge. Movies are run on time and are dependable in their showing. Understaffed on a regular basis.

As a local I have noticed some definite improvements since the last time I visited. It was definitely cleaner, and at least some of the theaters have new seating. Smallish theaters but hey, this is a smallish "city" Good quality images with decent sound. Usually theaters are not crowded and you have plenty of seat choices.

Just saw the new Star Trek movie with my wife. I don't go to the movies very often. I must compliment this theater on the improvements. Much cleaner than a few years ago. The seats are more comfortable than before.

Possibly the worst theater we've ever been to!! Filthy bathrooms even with almost no one in the theater, dark dingy interior that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Sloped floors and no stadium seating, which wouldn't be that big of a deal, but the seats were installed sloping and not leveled so you feel like you're falling... More

The theater was very small. Get pricing for tickets. The concessions were a little on the steep side and movie started 10 min late, but overall a good experience

Good, modern place. Recently purchased by new company, and they working on upgrading all the theatres. It's alittle bit expensive for Rutland, but it's the only option within an hour's drive. However, they do play classic movies every Tuesday at 10am.

Rumor had it that after Flagship took over, they were going to renovate and remodel all the theaters. Doesn't seem to have happened. I guess they did one or two, but definitely not all of them. And it seems that whatever movie we end up at, which is like one a year, it's in one of the old theaters, with... More

After traveling to this theater I have mixed feelings. Friends and I traveled recently to see the hit movie Sicario. Upon entrance I was amazed at the concept of the pier style movie theaters, much along the lines with the name of flagship cinemas and thoroughly enjoyed this. The staff was very friendly during the experience. However, as we sat... More

Since Flagship has taken over this cinema is so much cleaner. One is not afraid to put their feet on the floor. I did find that the concession food to be very expensive.
