King Arthur Flour is almost the ultimate travel stop. Perhaps even more so if you like time in your kitchen. It seems there is a perpetual buzz. It is part mueum, part school, part general store, and, oh yes there is lots of tasty stuff...More

It was my second visit & enjoyed it equally as much. Nice healthy luncheon options. Store has something for everyone. I don't eat flour & still found things to buy! Great history & story. Fully an ESOP ( employee owned).

Very nice place to visit and they do have lots of bakery items but on the pricey side. You can find unusual bakery needs here. We tried lunch here and the sandwich was a bit bland. Nice looking but dry and bland. Beautiful building and...More

The workshops at KAF are instructive and professional. The knowledgeable staff is friendly and welcoming and their expertise is second to none. I love the fact that it is an employee-owned business. I have now done four workshops here and plan to do more. Their...More

We visited on a weekday around 2pm and it was pretty busy. Reminded me of Stonewall Kitchen but not as fun. Could really improve if they offered samples like Stonewall. They have a restaurant and shop. Lots of cake, scone, and muffin mixes. You save...More

We were going through the area on a road trip and decided to stop there for lunch, etc. It was mid-week. For a simple soup and sandwich, we waited more than a half hour. The store was nice and we bought a few things. But,...More

We went to take a baking course on Sourdough bread and starter. The course, instructors and facility are really wonderful. We came home with three loaves each and enough starter to bake bread at home. The bread is delicious and keeps well when frozen.

Lebanon is closest, then Manchester, Boston and if you are in the Burlington, Vermont area, the Burlington Airport has major flights and is less than 2 hours away.
