Great visit during off ski season

The ride to the top was interesting. Seeing the start of the foliage and not white snow. Weather was clear and you could see for miles. The snack bar was open and the ice cream... read more

The ride to the top was interesting. Seeing the start of the foliage and not white snow. Weather was clear and you could see for miles. The snack bar was open and the ice cream treat was a pleasure. You could walk down on the ski trails if you wanted to. There was enough time in between the cars going... More

One of the most affordable gondola rides with some of the most gorgeous scenery around, and right in northern VT. You have to go and ride the Tramway, especially during fall foliage, but anytime will do. The scenery is stunning and the ride is exciting. It's also fun to have time to walk around at the top and take some... More

The view was spectacular, on the ride up an down, as well as at the summit. The tram itself was a smooth ride and it was clean and airy. Tickets are priced very fairly and the rides up and down were right on schedule. The operators were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

It's a nice ride to the top, kids will enjoy. At the top there is several trails, and a nice rock to climb. Weather is just s little more colder. There is a deli at the top.

I'm pretty much scared to death of heights, but do "stupid" things like this. The day we went, was off season in the fall just as colors were changing. It was the operator, my wife, myself and our English Bulldog on the tram. I pretty much sat in the middle holding on for dear life. The ride up was smooth... More

Took the tram to the top on a somewhat overcast day. It wasn't that crowded which was great. The ride up is slow and steady and gives you a chance to take in the view and take pictures if you want to. Once to the top you can get out and enjoy a drink and a snack at the small... More

Upon check in a valet named Jesse was there every step letting us know the weather was changing the next day and that the Tram to the top of the mountain was having its last run and the views wouldn't be so great the next couple days...that by the way was great advice and we took it. We dropped our... More

Family trip with the dogs up to the top of the mountain for our hike down. Pet-friendly during off season. About an hour hike back down the mountain with the dogs. Great way to experience and enjoy the Fall colors.

i went back to ride the tram to the top-- the last time being over 45 years ago when my dad took me skiing there....the view was great--with the trees showing their colors far below and for only $10 a person--not bad at all
