I thoroughly enjoyed tasting the spirits at this distillery. The tasting was complimentary and the host was very kind. There were no sales pitches or pressure to buy. I thought the gin was outstanding and purchased a bottle of it as well as some of...More

New distillery in Middlebury with unique spirits. The owner is very passionate about his products. Enjoyed the tasting; it was free. Liked the coffee liquor and purchased it.

Taylor gave us comparison tastes of gin, whiskey and coffee-flavored whiskey. He gave us insight into the distilling process as well as business culture in Vermont.

The owner took the time to tell us about the work he'd put into each of the different spirits and how they were different from what you could get from other distilleries. Definitely worth a visit if you're coming by this area!

It was a pleasant surprise to find this distillery. The different spirits were very differently infused with wonderful local flavors. Try them all , there's at least one you'll take home with you. We bought four different bottles.

I was lucky enough to listen to the reviews for this independent distillery. Their products are excellent. I highly recommend the coffee liqueur that puts the main brand to shame. Leave extra time to talk with the owners; it's always a treat to talk to...More
