The store itself is interesting with it’s dynamic construction, including a large trout pool that feeds into the store, full of Brown, Brook & Rainbow trout. I love Orvis clothing, so if you do, you don’t want to miss this place. Very helpful and knowledgeable...More

It's a store with the things from their catalog. Maybe if you're into fly fishing it's special. I don't know. But even for that, there wasn't much to see. They advertise a tour of their rod factory, but that's just once a day at 10am....More

My husband is a flyfisherman, so this stop was a no-brainer. He was most interested in the museum so we spent most of our time there. Good stop.

If you are in to fly fishing you know the name and you will have to stop here. It’s a large place with plenty to see. Allow time to walk around and check out the inside and outside stuff.

You can test the rods and equipment in the main pool outside the shop, but not actually fish it, I don't think. They attached a hookless tag when I tested the new Helios rod.
