We've been to The Pump House a couple times now and have always had a good time. There is something there for all ages. There is a section for small children that has a couple little slides and some water spraying toys. The bigger slides were fun for the older kids and adults. The water park has a bunch of... More

This is the place to be if you are visiting Jay Peak resort. The service was excellent and the waterpark itself was very good. The rock wall climbing was really cool, along with the outdoor hot tub. Each and every employee we encountered was so customer oriented, but one employee Eliza, stood out. I did not see her take a break the... More

I booked a teen party for my daughter which covers 10 people and a cabana for 5hrs plus had several others who attended as well. When I called to book it I was told that the cabanas had "much better" towels than the ones everyone else used. Not true at all same crappy towels. They also say the cabanas can... More

Nice water park, well organized and just enough to do for the kids to have a great day sliding and playing in the water. The towels that are provided though are way too small for adults

Check in at 5pm and room wasn't ready until 8pm. Service poor and they were not prepared for school break. Long waits and poor service. If that's what you like know your socks off. I am Canadian and I will not be back.

My husband and I brought our son and his friend for a fun day at the pump house. The attractions were fun for us all I won't say they werent. But... I don't mind so much paying $39 for adults and $29 for the kids but the food is just outrageously high. You pay just under $5 for a cheeseburger... More

Went there in August 2016. It was a great day with all of the different types of slides and pools. The lazy river is not so lazy and was awesome. Only downside is the lack of on premises food choices limited to fast food style fare.

Beware, it is not a relaxing place, lots of noise and it gets very crowded from open til close. It is a good après-ski place to get the kids busy instead of playing with their Ipad in the room. My girlfriend got her $400 North Face winter jacket stolen in the change room. We went there once every day for... More

The place is cool for few hours. Runs are cool but good luck finding a tube when it's crowded. Regardless the kids had fun and the place is safe. We stopped by the bar on the 2nd floor and you can bring the alcohol almost everywhere.

There are four large slides- three that my 6 year old could ride. The smallest of the three he could ride alone, but either he had to go down and wait for me (with no supervision) or he had to wait at the top while I went down, and if he'd been scared or whatever, it would have been a... More
