Nice place but Town of Colchester has taken an extreme, reactionary stance out of unsubstantiated fears and false perceptions and has banned all drones from its parks. Even silent tiny educational/toy drones that won't hurt or disturb anyone. It's ridiculous that this safe, fun, and...More

Park has made many improvements... great playground, lovely walking path, grounds are very well maintained. BUT.... the water needs some attention. If you go... go early in the season before the green and smelly sludge takes over.

Beautiful place to be with your family. Bring your bike and camera and have a lot of fun around. If you are coming for winter make sure to cover yourself up very well.

Planned a high school reunion at this park in July. We rented the covered pavilion for $75. They don't take reservations until March, first come, first served, so we were not able to get our first choice date. Free parking, charcoal grills, and electricity available....More
