This is a great tour. We do it with guests every year. The amount of (very good) cheese Cabot makes every year is astounding and the fact filled tour tells you about it and shows you how it's made. Don't isa the tasting room. And take some home.

I've been coming here for years, yet this is my first Yelp review. What you'll find here are small cube samples of their many famous and in some cases, obscure cheeses. They even sample some of their higher priced award winning cheese such as their clothbound cheddar. You can also sample other items for sale such as pepper jelly, dips,... More

Since hubby and I were kid less we thought that this would be fun! It's a cute tour and it's neat watching them make cheese from local produced products! There was even tasty samples to be had! Next time we will bring the kids!

This is the home of the Cabot Dairy Co-op. The Cheese and other dairy products are made right here. The tour is very interesting The store offers free samples of lots of cheeses! Good prices to buy the cheese and dairy products and a nice selection of gift items.

Definitely worth going to visit! The tour started on time, on the half hour. Next was the movie which was to the point and very informative, even funny at times. Then we got to go through the factory and watch the whole production line... so awesome! Afterwards, there are a ton of taste testings that are available in the gift... More

This cheese tour was just what we were looking for in our visit to Vermont. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. You are guided through the plant and can watch the various processes as they occur. This is not a great tour for adults but children as well. The store is too small for the crowds of people... More

I visited with my adult son and teenage daughter. The tour was very short and personal (we were the only three) which was great. We enjoyed trying all the samples in the gift shop and were happy to discover some of Cabot's delicious cheeses. The store is a great place to stop to pick up food for a picnic.

Worth the trip.... great samples of cheese and only $3 per person for the tour. Tour is informative and not too long (which I like). I learned a thing or too about cheese and the farmers involved, plus sampled lots of cheese. Win/Win!
