Great cheeses, with lots of samples. There are plenty of other things to buy as well, including the requisite maple products. If you are close, stop by and take a taste and get a few items, you'll be glad you did.

Unfortunately, we arrived after the cheese production had ended for the day, but the signs and photos next to the viewing windows provided good information about the process. We enjoyed tasting samples of the cheeses and other locally produced foods.

Nice place to shop, visit and buy my favorite brand of cheddar, we like the 4 year aged one. A bit pricey

Took a trip to Brattleboro and decided to stop in. They have a plethora of cheeses and a very knowledgeable staff. A great little place to stop and visit while in the area.
