This place is a great place to gather your thoughts and just have peace. I don't understand the immaturity of people to vandalize history it's childish but the vandalism could not take away from the beauty and majestic feeling this place gives you.

Easy to reach from the Thompson Springs exit on I-70. East, short trail. Petroglyphs were easy to view.

It was pretty easy to find the petroglyphs because I looked at these reviews before we went. The little town of Thompson is a ghost town in itself. The petroglyphs are worth the trip to find. Look for the parking lot on the left. It...More

The Sego Canyon Petroglyphs were difficult to find. No signs on the road. We had to ask a passer-by where to find the canyon. The petroglyphs were amazing to see and in a good condition. Beautiful to see!

We visited in April and we saw one other vehicle there. It's easy to get to and very little walking involved. It's an amazing site.
