This was a nice, quiet, less touristy or people place to go and explore. Saw some lizards and horse tracks. The scenery is nice and trails are not bad.

Short distance off road. $6 parking little hikes everywhere. One of the few hikes for dogs. Campground, bouldering, caves, great picture taking places, go in late afternoon. Spring waters you may find Polly wogs so bring a Tupperware. Fire pit, many times free wood lying...More

The red cliffs are beautiful but I wish we saw them BEFORE we saw all of the Canyons, as they were just not as dramatic after we visited Red rock, Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion!

We have only seen a small portion of this park but it is beautiful. Rock climbing at Chuckwalla was fantastic.
