For 50 years this stately and historic depot served as a major hub for transcontinental rail service. Today, it remains a monument to grand rail stations of the early 20th-century and includes four museums: the Utah State Railroad Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Browning Kimball Car Museum and the Browning Firearms Museum.

We love bringing our boys to the Union Station. They love the big trains outside and occasionally watching the real train go by. Inside is a really cool museum and play area that the boys absolutely love.

Come see an original Railroad Station still in the western decor. This is a great place to visit and go back in history to the time the locomotives were traveling through Ogden.

We greatly enjoyed the different small museums located within the facility. You can visit all them for only $5 per person. I would recommend this economical and informative location.

What a nice visit! Four museums in one location for just $5. Very interesting and great views of the mountains as backdrop against historic 25th Street.

The same building holds museums devoted to trains, cars, and John Browning, the firearms designer. The Browning museum is particularly interesting, tracing his designs from the 'old west' to some still used on today's battlefields.
