We stopped at the Deer Creek State Park to fish, but was told fishing was closed due to toxic algae. This is a manmade reservoir and if you want to fish, try the Deer Creek or Provo River instead. However this reservoir does have several...More

Lake has continued to get busier and park staff doesn't seem to have the resources or willpower to enforce boating laws and regulations, or to keep the launch ramps in some sort of order. Boaters and jetskiers often pass within just a few feet of...More

I highly recommend this place for renting jet skis and kayaks. The place was clean and a great place to lay out on the sand or have a picnic. Great for entire family. They had a grill and place to eat as well.

We found Deer Creek State Park, UT online and it has full hook ups for campers. Beautiful scenery and close to other spots of interest like Strawberry Reservoir. A bargain to be out in nature.

We didn't have a chance to see much of the park, so this review only pertains to the camping experience. The full hookup sites in Chokecherry were really pretty nice. They are right in the open in the sage brush; however, the park has erected...More

This little park is always jam-packed with cars. There is something for everyone... picnic tables, swimming, paddleboarding, boaring, water skiing...

Yes, there are many places along the beach.. The beach strings north from the lodge. There are grill sits along the sidewalk heading north as it follows the beach.
