I grew up going to Lagoon, but since I realized how poor the conditions are for the animals in their train ride "zoo," I refuse to return. The animals kept in small, concrete enclosures with no enrichment. They supposedly meet the minimum standard of care,...More

Fun fun park...however customer service is not the greatest. The attendant at lost and found was rude and unhelpful. Employees around the park had little knowledge of happenings in the park.

We love Lagoon! It is so much fun. Clean, pretty, well-maintained, adorable rides, and tons to do! Love all the green spaces. Serious summer fun!

Had a really awesome day here until we rode the train ride.. thank god it was our last stop because I had to leave afterwards. Very heartbreaking to see animals in such small spaces and looking so unhappy. Leaving with my stomach in knots.

The rides were pretty fun, but when I saw the zoo portion and the conditions those animals are kept in, I just felt sad and wanted to leave. It's hot in Utah in the summer, the habitats were inadequate, and the animals looked miserable. I...More

The animals are living in horrible conditions. This is a backwards, antiquated roadside zoo. Very sad for children to see.

Yes! My littlest son is 2 & he had a good time. He loved the pool area & he also loved some of the little rides they had for kids 👍🏽
