We visited the Brazos Valley Cheese Store and their new Cheese Cave. I have never seen so much cheese in my life! Had a very nice gentleman talk to us about the entire cheesemaking process...bought several types of cheese to take home. Yum!

We enjoyed our stop. They had several items to sample. All five of us made purchases to bring home. We were very pleased that we took the time to stop by.
