The library gives the feeling it was torn out of an ancient place. It has the aura of a place far older than it is. The stained glass windows are the largest secular collection of stained glass anywhere. And they depict Browning's poetry. But best...More

If you are looking to spend an afternoon in quiet reflection this is the place. The building is gorgeous. If you have ever seen Baylor promotional materials, they likely featured interior shots of Armstrong Browning.

The library was recommended at the Baylor Visitor Center and it was worth the stop just to see the stained glass windows. The Browning collection was also impressive.

The last thing we would have expected in the heart of Texas was a beautiful library with a world class Browning collection, along with dozens of lovely stained glass windows. Well worth the visit.

This library is a treasure tucked away on the Baylor University campus. It is filled with beautiful stain glass windows with some quotes of Elizabeth and/or Robert Brownings poetry on each one.
