I was a bit reluctant to leave tried and true swimming holes near downtown Austin, but this was not a regrettable decision. Especially with other posters suggesting arrive early. We got here about 10am mid-week. A couple other cars, and a delightful reception.
We had a great time here. A lot daring kids and adults amused everyone around the water as they jumped off a little cliff point into the water.

Came with a group of friends. The spring was very small for the amount of people there.. it was VERY crowded and hardly anywhere to set your stuff by the water. The water was also brown and murky. There's just a lot of better options...More
