Their website is very difficult to navigate. When you hover above sections, it does not name the section you are looking at. Plus after searching forever, I could not find information to show seating charts outside of your very uninformative section where you select your seat. It also does not tell you what hall your event is held in. I... More

We have been to 4 different concerts at the Eisemann Center. The facility is well lighted, and parking is right there, so you don't have to wonder where you will park. Also its location gives you easy access to major roads very close. They do offer an easy experience for a concert of other gathering.

Great venue for a show! Intimate stage and a much larger stage, sometimes both have different shows at the same time. Great acoustics in both.

We attended the Plano Symphony Orchestra's Fourth of July concert in this venue and it was great. The parking was easy in and out. The acoustics in the venue were great and views were great as well. This is a really good place for entertainment.

amazing venue; excellently run: parking can be a whip if it's crowded. The facility itself is extremely comfortable with fine acoustics and lighting; beautiful wood details- wide open feeling, and the talent that performs there is community based and professional caliber as well.

While the physical venue is intimate and adequate, the audience etiquette leaves much to be desired. Cell phones, flash photos, loud talking, and a woman passing out bags of Doitos to her kids made for a lousy experience at an evening performance of Swan Lake. All was allowed by management. You are duly warned: If kids are en force, lower... More

Thank you for visiting our venue, and letting us know about the issues experienced. Typically food and photography is not allowed in the venues. When alerted we request the patrons participating in these actions to stop. However, we may not be aware of them all. Please feel free to let an usher or staff member about these type of situations.... More

We were in the smaller theater for one of the "living black and white" detective plays. The black and white set was truly remarkable. The venue was great; there is not a bad seat in the house. The staff was friendly. The main entrance is large and snacks are readily available. We'll go back.

We went to Chamberlain School of Ballet's Nutcracker performance and it was breathtaking. We loved every minute of it. The venue is so beautiful and professional.

Love visiting here each December to watch the Academy of Dance Arts perform. No bad seats, friendly staff and exceptionally clean. Close to 75.

The Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts is a fabulous place to see wonderful music and theater events. I have recently seen The Midtown Men and Vince Gill and the Time Jumpers in the 1,563 seat theater. I have also seen Tea for Three, a wonderful one woman show about Lady Byrd Johnson, Pat Nixon and Betty Ford as well... More
