We took a surfing lesson today, myself and two12 year old daughters. It was so much fun that we are doing it again tomorrow. Britney is a fantastic instructor and super nice. You should request her by name.

My daughter has surfed with this group for a couple of days every summer for the last five years. She enjoys camp, but I have to say she is no better now than she was after her first day five years ago, which means she can get up once and awhile. I guess your satisfaction will depend on your expectations...

Our kids have done surf camp three years and love it. My son was 8 his first year. We dropped him off, they fed him pizza and taught him to surf. By the time we were back for pick up, he was ready to show off. The next year we signed up our daughter. They both love it.

My daughter just spent her 12th b-day weekend doing lessons w/Ty, from this group!.. He was the best instructor! We have worked with Morgan, Brittany and Madison over the years, every year, and they are all great!

I contacted Texas Surf Camps for a private lesson for 3 beginners (two adults and a child). The lesson was two hours and by the end we were all able to stand up on the boards. It was really fun. Our instructor Brittany has been surfing since she was 11 and was a good teacher. I first made contact through... More

I phoned Texas Surf Camps to arrange a surf lesson and I was told they would call me back withing the day for confirmation. The call never arrived, so I phone again (3 times at different times) the following day but nobody answered. So, I wasn't able to get any surf lesson. Rating is 2 instead of 1 as the... More

My 12 year old daughter has participated in summer camp and Spring Break surf lessons. The instructors work well with the children and combine lessons with fun. The sessions had both boys and girls age 5-16. The camp provides the boards and even wetsuits for the chilly spring temperatures. She has surfed at both their Corpus Christi and Port Aransas...
