I love this place, my husband and I have a few of Sheri's pieces and I just took a class on making jewelry. She is so helpful, we learned about the glass and it's properties, we didn't just show up and slap things together. We were able to make beautiful pieces and thoroughly enjoyed the class. I would highly recommend... More

Highly recommend stopping in to meet Sheri at her studio and scheduling a class if you can! Wandering by we stopped in and and saw her artwork. We were all mesmerized as she showed the kilns, explained the process of making her pieces and showing the variety of glasswork she creates. Then we inquired about her classes. We came back... More

The shop owner gave us a tour of her shop and showed us how she melts the colored glass. She said she sometimes gives a class for customers. My husband was impressed. We found the shop the last full day we were in Port Aransas or he would have checked in to taking a class. I bought a really nice... More

Small shop and it is not open everyday. The glass is pretty, but the variety is lacking. Nice to view and taking a class would probably be fun.

This studio and gallery is filled with lots of pieces at pretty reasonable prices. It appeared that classes were also offered.

Very wide selection of hand-made jewelry, hair bands, decorative hair pins, serving platters, plates that are pieces of jewelry art, hand-painted stationery and cards, classes on how to make these treasures, very friendly proprietor. She volunteers for animal rescue efforts, including the sea turtles, ARK. Unique pieces available for your perusal; you can spend hours just window shopping. I recommend... More

The glass shop is a great spot to browse or buy those gifts that you have to bring home. It is full of pretty and moderately priced items that are easy to get home intact. The owner will tell you how it is all done. Its pretty interesting and cool. Don't miss this for shopping and presents.

I really liked my visit to Port A Glass last week. Very affordable but unique glass jewelry and decorative pieces. If you do not want a run of the mill souvenir or gift this is the place to go!
