We spent the day at the lake. Walked the dam, and the shores! It is a beautiful blue lake, and not overly crowded on the lake.

I wouldn't live any where else!! great swimming, diving, sailing , boating. rent a boat from our Marinas. See the lake from all sides.

This is a beautiful, deep, clear water lake in the Texas Hill Country. Great for boating. There are two marinas that rent boats.

After a very hot afternoon, we decided to spend the evening driving to Canyon Lake. The expedition was memorable. The sunset was serene; beautiful and cool for relaxation. Nice place for family hang out. I surely will come back for a long weekend escape.

Yes, but I don't have specific information. You can call Joy Savage at 409-599-0145 about a beautiful 2 BR cottage on 50 acres 7 miles from the lake.

I'm renting an awesome cabin overlooking the lake. I can see down at one of the campgrounds and can see rvs and tents. First time out here and I love it lake is beautiful and the water is really blue for a lake.

Yes you will need a Texas Parks and Wildlife Fishing License. The only exemption if you are within a boundary of a state park
