Saw this small museum on TV. Neat little place to check out some local history. There's also a small Acadian museum next door. Try on some real wooden shoes while learning about Nederland. A small spiral stair pole will take you upstairs for more exhibits....More

This precious little town is called Nederland. A quaint town full of shops on Nederland Ave, and some on Boston Ave. Come visit us, wander through town, eat at Sartins for the best Barbeque Crab you've ever had in your life! The Windmill is full...More

Small park with two museums. Surprising amount to see and learn about local history. Free parking. Easy and fun place to visit.

The windmill museum is a piece of Nederland history that is a must-see for all residents. Small but in a great location.

This was a Dutch settlement during the Spindletop Oil discovery. The Dutch heard land was being given away here so they settled here and raised their family and started business.

On the outside this place looks small, but they sure cram a lot of good stuff and make it comfortable to walk. It has a nice history of town and what the Dutch did to build it. The Dutch heritage still continues today in Nederland.

This was fun to see and take a tour of. The man who ran the museum was very knowledgable and since we were the only ones there we got to ask all the questions. Lots of older memorabilia and city folklore to learn.

We enjoyed this place! The lady inside the windmill museum was so sweet and full of fun facts! We bought some windmill cookies, from Holland! We then went next door to the Cajun cabin museum. The man working there was also very kind and generous...More

What is the price of this and what are the hours? Do you have a large assortment of gifts from Holland? With a name like Leussenkamp, you know my ancestry, so I'm really excited about visiting next month.
