This is a nice place to stop and get an excellent view of the area. Part of my family grew up in the area so it is nice to stop and reflect on the past and recall stories they told

I have often visited the overlook when conditions were different and visibility much better. It is always an impressive view.

A quiet look out over the Nacogdoches valley and surrounding area. There are two covered picnic tables with bbq pits to boot.
