This is the place to go to get fresh vegetables, eggs, blended tea, can pickles, hand made lotions and other products. You can also tour the property and animals on site. A fun time while learning more about farm living.

The farm and shop are worth a visit as the farm tour is free. My grand nieces enjoyed it, it is not very big but the couple who run it and give the tour are very nice and friendly. It is a little out of the way if you are in Montgomery or the Lake Conroe area.

The tour was short but informative. Very interesting. Their products are excellent. Body lotion, mosquito spray really works. Bath powder and soap. The trip into the country was worth it.

We have been staying at La Torretta resort and drove out to Sunshine Farm today for a quick visit. It was about 20 minutes from our hotel and totally worth the visit. For $5, our family got a personal tour of the farm. We enjoyed learning about the different vegetables and herbs they were growing and got to see the animals. Our girls got to feed the donkeys and sheep and pet a bunny. We also got a tour of their aquaponics greenhouse - which is really neat! They have tons of fresh eggs, veggies, homemade lotions, soaps, tinctures, etc in the shop and we loaded up with some great stuff. I highly recommend a visit!
