Bought a combi ticket allowing us entry to all three activities: golf, mirror maze and aquarium. The jungle golf was fun but could do with an update of the surrounding features. The mirror maze was unexpectedly great fun! The aquarium also was good, seeing many fish you would not see normally as it is a freshwater aquarium. The alligators were... More

A good way to spend a rainy afternoon. When fed up with history and geese. A good amount to see plus most of the information on the displays is in English. Little cafe selling coffee ice cream etc

Bought a combi ticket with the prehistoric cave and jungle golf. The aquarium is about an hour if you walk slow. You can pet the fishes which is nice for the younger children. The sturgeon and catfish have cool tanks. Overall too expensive if for just the aquarium.

Good aquarium... Having 3 young children, we seem to spend a disproportionate amount of time in them for some reason! It's a couple of hours at a slowish pace and although it doesn't have the 'sheen' of more famous aquariums, it is well done. Kids loved the touch pool and the snake feeding at the end too. Right next to... More

Not the biggest but well maintained with clean facilities and great show with a diver feeding large Sturgeon and a snake demonstration. All written educational signage in French and English. Worth a visit.

This aquarium shows off that it is the biggest freshwater aquarium. It is not actually that big. We visited the biggest saltwater aquarium a few years ago and this was bigger and much more impressive. The best bit in this aquarium was the snakes. The shop had a wide variety of things most of it overpriced(but we expected this) maybe... More

Planned a day out at Le Bugue, combined with Le Bournat which is just 1 minutes walking, and thought we'll finish this at no time, but it wasn't the case, plan 2 hours. Quite a few exhibitions and aquariums, great open aquarium to pet and caress the fish (!!!), nice mirror Labyrinth (external fee). There was no real place or... More

When it's too hot to go out, spend an afternoon at the aquarium. Two highlights for me, the sturgeon tanks (very interesting but not sure the caviar is for sale) and the open air cafe at the end with large carp ponds (you can tickle the fish) and cooling water sprays, perfect.

Tanks were no way near an adequate size for the animals, particularly the cat fish, anaconda and turtles. It was sad to see. Unimpressed, profit over the comfort of the animals. Aswell as this, for the price of the tickets, you'd expect more. It was packed, tight spaces and just small in general. Parking was also an issue.
