Outstanding! We were met as we disembarked the airplane. She guided us through visa, passport. Customs (skipping or going to front of lines), collected our luggage then took us to meet the driver who took us to our resort. Well worth the price (in the USA I would pay this much for the ride to our resort).

Tic Bali is an amazing service. Especially as we only paid less than $50 Au. We sent them all our paperwork in advance and we were met by a beautiful Balinese girl who managed to expedite all the counters for us. The only thing we had to do was get our passports stamped in a quick line. I would definitely recommend their services- super amazing.

After reading all the positive reviews, I just had to book both their arrival and departure service. My goodness, simply the best money spent, around $A50 each person each way, plus $30 for the lounge on departure. Communication fabulous, quick and telling me everything I needed to know...and frequent. Met and expedited as soon as I was off the plane into Bali, very quickly, without fuss...and out the other side in no time. Brilliant. And the same for departure. Met at the ramp to the airport, as arranged and assisted in every way to be delivered to a lovely air conditioned lounge, where we were able to enjoy breakfast and relax quietly before boarding. Simply the best, do yourself a favour and book this. Effortless! Thank you everyone for a fabulous experience.
