This was the 3rd time we have used the TicBali VIP departure service and the service is 5 star. From the moment of pick up from our hotel, being met at the airport, taking our luggage, straight to check in without any waiting and once through spending time in the lounge with free flowing food and drinks. This is the best service and I will always use it. Thanks again Tic Bali

Really worthwhile service - we were met off of the plane before any checks in the airport by our representative. Although the airport was not extremely busy, it was very helpful having someone guide you through the whole process as there are a number of stations/checks to go through. We were able to go to the shortest queues for all checks, and were out to baggage collection in 20 minutes.

I would recommend this service to anyone travelling to Bali.
My husband and I were met by Tic Bali staff as soon as we stepped off the plane. We were assisted with our bags and then taken to immigration which was an easy process as everything was sorted for us. All we had to do was show our passports and pay our visa which the Tic Bali staff helped us with. While we had a toilet break the Tic Bali staff got our checked luggage and then waited with us in line for customs check and then loaded our bags onto the X-ray machine. After we exited the airport there was a staff member waiting to arrange our Bali SIM cards. The Tic Bali staff loaded our luggage onto the waiting car and we were then taken to our hotel.
We exited our flight at 18:50 and were out of the airport by 19:10. The time saver and stress free experience made this service worth every cent! Thank you!

After reading all of the reviews I was feeling very confident to use Tic to help my family and I navigate our arrival into Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar. Unfortunately, we received very disappointing service.
I was flying with my elderly mother and two children and as we exited the plane we realised that there was no one to greet us. We waited a while to see if anyone turned up but no one did. All flight details had already been confirmed with Tic the previous day, yet no one came.
After a while we made our own way into the arrivals hall to navigate the systems for the visa on arrival, immigration and customs. Meanwhile, my sister who was waiting outside the airport, was only sent a message from Tic almost an hour after we had landed asking where we were. Initially they tried to say that someone had been waiting for us as we got off the plane, however there was definitely no one there - even though our plane was 25 mins late landing, so they had extra time to find the gate/get prepared.
It was not the experience we were expecting on our arrival to Bali, and definitely not the service we had paid for. We did receive a full refund but it was a disappointing start after a long 18 hour journey from the UK.

This may have been the best $62 I have ever spent!
Arriving at the Denpasar, Bali airport after a long day of travel, I was met at the end of the walkway off the plane by Toby, who guided me to the front of every line: visa on arrival, immigration, customs. He took me to the baggage carousel and grabbed my suitcase. As we walked out, we stopped at a fellow who had my SIM card (I had ordered online on the TIC Bali website) and he installed it. I was in and out of the airport in 25 minutes; there were long lines at every station and I would have spent hours there without Toby and TIC. Do yourself a BIG favor and get TIC Bali fast track service!

Brilliant service used Ticbali for entering Bali got through airport quickly. The girls were fantastic caring my bag pushing my luggage. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend thank you

Was skeptical about this service but it was well worth the $50AUD. Devina meet us as we left the plane and then took control and organised our VOA payment, fast tracked us through Passport Control and Ccustoms and out to our driver. 25 mins from plane departure to luggage collection.
Will continue to use this service. Devina, you are a star.

This service in my opinion is a MUST DO IN BALI!
We engaged them online, effortlessly and effectively.
For a nominal charge, they greeted us on arrival, ushered us past all the queues and made our arrival a breeze, the took us to our hotel in Nusa Dua.
We also engaged them for our departure……picked us up on time at our hotel, arrive at the airport, ushered past the long Jetstar queues, past the departure immigration queues and into the Premier lounge within 15 minutes….fabulous
As I have said…a must do….especially if you don’t like queues!

After reading all the positive reviews, I just had to book both their arrival and departure service. My goodness, simply the best money spent, around $A50 each person each way, plus $30 for the lounge on departure. Communication fabulous, quick and telling me everything I needed to know...and frequent. Met and expedited as soon as I was off the plane into Bali, very quickly, without fuss...and out the other side in no time. Brilliant.
And the same for departure. Met at the ramp to the airport, as arranged and assisted in every way to be delivered to a lovely air conditioned lounge, where we were able to enjoy breakfast and relax quietly before boarding.
Simply the best, do yourself a favour and book this. Effortless! Thank you everyone for a fabulous experience.

We were met at the gate by a lovely lady holding up our name and the name of one other person who seemingly wasn't on the plane. So we waited until the very last person had left, waited some more, and then headed off to join the others. We were first taken to the senior's line, but that line was actually longer than the regular lines. At every step of the way, we saw all the other passengers from our flight, most of which left the airport ahead of us. I've used this service pre-covid and it was great, and would probably be great during the day when there is a lot of traffic, however, if you arrive at 9 pm when there are not many other flights landing it's just not worthwhile.
