This former Post Office, bank building now holds a nice little museum. Currant exhiibt is World War I / II. Uses an interactive iPad after docent takes you around a little bit. Something nice to do on a cold, windy day.

This is a must do activity if you are looking for something different. Good energy in the tour guide today. Good information and Q&A during our tour. Good activity for young children to enjoy a bit of look into the past of our local history.

We stopped here as we had been wanting to come for a long while and we were not disappointed There were several exhibits regarding both early Texas and early McKinney history. The 20 minute documentary entitled "Once A Nation" was very well done.

Local gentlemen who were Vietnam vets have put together an amazingly extensive exhibit. Lots of personal "memorabilia" -- weapons, photos, uniforms, etc. Plus they have included a simulated "Hanoi Hilton" so that visitors can understand what it was like to be caged as the POWs...More
