This place is a very old place but the person in charge has kept it very well kept. We used to go watch my brother in law fight but he left so we stopped going.

This theatre has seen better times but it has hung on to still serve a purpose. The look is straight out of the 40's or 50's and it appeals to poets and artists. A must place to visit and breathe in the atmosphere.

You can see right away by the architecture and design of the building that this is an older theater, but it has been restored and is now quaint, charming, and unique. We went to a concert there to see my son perform. It was comfortable and the acoustics were good.

and loved it. Talk about going back in time. They had something controversial showing that I wanted to see. Its in the old downtown area of McAllen. This is the only theatre showing anything different. If you want a theatre experience that will take you right back to the 50's, and see film out of the ordinary, go to Cine... More

McAllens historic movie theater, shows movies, comedians, plays, and many other events. Has been around for a long time and you can feel the history in the building when you step in. Go check this out.
