This neat museum set into a park atmosphere is excellent. Love all the items on display in the many builds on the grounds even a church, & blacksmiths shops. Love the turtle pond and you can feed the turtles. Great play for the kids.

Very cool way to relax & learn about Lindale's railroad & farming history! Volunteers exlplain how things worked including family farm equipment fire truck, model trains etc. Watch out for a gator in the pond!

We happened upon this museum while searching for concrete statues in Lindale and what a wonderful surprise! The museum is free to visit. It shows how life was back in the late 1800's through 1950.

It is always rewarding for me to visit places where specific historical events have taken place. Parrot Park is a nice little stop on your way through town.
