This spot was nice and relaxed. We enjoyed trying mead and their wines. Also had some of the pizza from the Blissful Bites food truck and it was great too! Definitely worth the drive from Round Top!

I am not a huge fan of mead normally, but I liked all that we tried. The blackberry is delicious! It is a relaxed atmosphere with a great outdoor area where kids can play. Wine and cider also available for tasting and pizzas to order...More

We had a great time at this little meadery! So quaint - they sold sweet little honey products and had happy chickens running around. The mead tasting was fun and the cracker and cheese plate they do with was yummy. Staff was knowledgeable and passionate...More

This was our first time to try mead, and we found it to be a pleasant experience. This is a small, local meadery, and service is provided by the owner. There was a nominal charge of $5 per person for sampling of 5 different flavored...More

The first wine ever made was with honey. Rohan uses a number of fruits to make their wine and my favorite is apple. Meade wine is a sweet wine and apple gives it a bit iof tartneess that offsets the sweetness.

I was very surprised at how many wines and meads they had available - great selection, if you like a sweeter flavor. They also had 2 hard ciders available that you could take home in a growler. The owners were there working the tasting room...More
