Train nice lights pretty but displays are in bad need of repair. Faded , dirty displays. Needs serious updating. Price seemed high. Fireworks lasted all of about 3 minutes.

Boring, disappointing, and any other negative adjective you can think of. But I guess the most important thing to know is that it is very amateurish. Decorations, narrations and lights were kinda pitiful. IMO they are never going to make it better as long as we keep putting our money down.

First, they promised that if you paid extra for the front train car you would have heat. They did not turn on the heaters. I know it would have been colder sitting in the second, open rail car, but it was freezing. Second, the tracks appeared to be slightly elevated from the lighted scenes you passed. This meant that whatever... More

Boring!!!!!! The guide should not read the stupid stories describing Christmas. Most of the displays were just a faded canvas painting or lights wrapped around trees. Many areas had nothing. We had seats in first class. The children in our car were NOT interested at allt. If you want to see a fantastic light display, go to Garvan Gardens in... More

My spouse and I took the 10:30 Friday Night Fright train. There were a few surprises along the way but for the most part it was not scary. We payed our $17 per ticket in advance the night of the ride. It must be pretty popular event because the earlier rides were sold out. We returned at the appointed time... More

I brought 14 people here for my sons 15th birthday. We paid $168 dollars and were so disappointed. There was nothing scary about this ride the props were so dull. The narrator tells stories and you expect things to happen and nothing happens. I will never do this again. Their making tons of money and you get nothing outta this.... More

We took the kids (9 & 11)on the fright night train ride. It was cute not scary at all. The decorations are not very elaborate, canvas and wood cut out. There were a couple "scares"just enough to keep their attention. My only complaints are the story told was all over the place and the narrator read very monotone and I... More

Even the kids on the ride seemed bored. young boy behind us said the antique stores were more interesting. I would pass on this one.

I've gone on this train ride multiple times over the years. The haunted train and Christmas train rides are my favorite. The story tellers are amazing.

I call and asked if I could reserve they said they would take my name and how many people think they took #. Weather had been rainy earlier but had not rained in awhile. We were hour away drove up there and they canceled. They left the sign out front so unless you walked up to door you didn't know... More
