Great place to walk, view art and talk. A lot of people do not know about this place. One of the top free places to go. It is in a great area for art. Probably a great place to visit in the fall when the weather is nice.

A lovely outdoor spot for: 1. waiting the museum to open 2. when you've visited a amazing museum and finding a place to reconsider and reexplore what you have seen. 3. lunch break 4. fresh air 5. take a snapshot 6. just wandering and more.

A beautiful collection of outdoor art and sculpture. When the weather is nice, grab a cup of coffee or a snack and spend a few peaceful moments here. Truly an oasis within the city. And don't forget to look across the street for the Calder sculpture - it's my personal favorite.

We live around the area and we come here very often. The kids enjoy being at this garden, although I must keep reminding them not to touch the sculptures :) In some fine late morning, you can come just to have an easy lunch with the meals you have or there is a food truck next to this garden that... This beautiful sculpture garden is tucked in a little oasis by the art museums. It is delightful and the sculptures are beautiful.

We visited the MFA - Houston and this sculpture garden on a recent trip to Houston. Both the museum and the sculpture garden were a nice addition to our trip, but nothing incredible. If you like art and sculpture and enjoy visiting new museums and gardens, I would recommend them. Overall, compared to other sculpture gardens I have visited within... More

Definitely worth 20 minutes of your time. But if it's a hot day in Houston you may want to think twice. There is usually a really good food truck parked next to it.

The setting is beautiful, the entrance is free, park is free and convenient. Excellent place to relax and read or just seat. It has a small and very good collection of sculptures by Rodin, Miro, and others. Lovely place to spent some time in the afternoon.

This is a minimal exhibit between the Houston Museum of Fine Arts and Glassell School of Art. It is a pleasant walk through outdoor experience. It only a takes a few minutes to complete. The Museum of Fine Arts is going through a building addition which may affect the gardens.

The collection of sculptures is great. There are tables and chairs, if you wish to sit down and eat your lunch. The Museum of Fine Arts is right across the street.
