Drive around and take in the green scenery, lots of big mature trees. Maybe have a picnic in the grass or read a book quietly in the shade.

Last visit to Houston I had the opportunity to visit the campus of Rice University. Although it was a ride thru I was impressed by the overall look of the campus.

My son and I took a walk around the spacious campus. Perhaps because of the spring break coincidence, parking is very easy on campus. There are student guides next to the admission office for campus tour but we chose to walk about ourselves. Words cannot...More

Usually you have to pay to park. Five dollars I believe. But the tennis matches are free to the public.
