Met some parents for a farewell party for our team coach. Kids played while we ate and drank. While it served the purpose of kids not getting bored while the parents chatted, it was an expensive evening out. Food it what you would expect from a buffet - not horrible but not great. Mostly pizza but they did have salad... More

We went with our extended family and the older kids had a great time. The kids ranged from 1.5-11 years old. $5 gets you 20 points and the average game cost 3-5 tokens. Earning tickets is a farse because it takes huge amounts to get anything bigger than an eraser. The food is poor quality but it's all you can... More

This was not my first time going to It'z I went when it first opened and a few years after that. So it's been some years since my last visit and oh how things have changed and not for the best. The games are always fun for the kids. As for the "Buffet Line" was if I microwaved everything in... More

The food is not bad nor is it overpriced. The games are expensive to play and many of them were not on or did not work. The prizes are not great either. It takes a ton of tickets to get a prize that kids actually like which means you have to spend a lot of money to get something.

Saturday: Over crowded as usual. Unprofessional teenage cashiers. The price for the buffet and game card is highway robbery. The buffet had to be the worst. No clean tables to eat at. I ended up bussing one myself. The staff didn't seem to care. Never saw management on the floor. Absolutely no games! All outdated, broken, and crowded. Buffet stayed... More

When looking for somewhere to celebrate by husbands 30th birthday party iT'Z seemed like a no brainer, bowling and booze! When I called to reserve the lanes for our party of 12, I was rudely informed that the only way to reserve lanes is to host a birthday party. Fine with me, I understand. I booked the party online and... More

Kids had a blast, food was OK but the whole food court really needs renovating, soda machines were out of ice/soda, coffee machine not working propely, whole food court felt dirty....and in the bathroom water barely running out of the taps and hand driers not working. Improve the food courts, parents don't want to return, let alone pay to hang... More

Had a birthday party here for my 5 year old and food was brought out hot and fresh at the bowling alley. Lady who helped us was very nice and helped setup and clean our party tables.Great place to take children as there are lots of games to play!

It'z is super loud and the food is geared towards kids. If you are there to let the kids run wild and wear themselves out, then tho place is perfect. If you're there for a decent meal in a super clean atmosphere... you'll be very disappointed. You have to know going in that it is all for the kids.
