The Beautiful lake,..many small hotel and resort near it, but mostly small restaurant with local foods, the view is superb at dawn or dusk, with those Barisan Mountain in front of it.

Singkarak Lake is magical lake. As if it has a mantra that You can relieve your stress when you just see it. You can eat both authentic cuisine of Solok: Bilih fish and Beras Solok or Solok Rice. It's very delicious
