Averted disaster thanks to the Campground Host, Nigel! Borrowed a stove from a friend, only to have it missing a vital component. Fire wouldn't start, wondering how I am going to cook and feed my two hungry kids. Raw hotdogs are safe to eat, aren't...More

We are very pleased that there are now sites serviced with water and power! This is awesome! Also, the upgrades to the roads, driveways, grass, and dish washing station are amazing. The bugs are bad at different times of the day - just use lots...More

I feel like maybe this camp is good at not-so-hot a time or some sort of thing... I know other folks loved it. That said, we were SWARMED, and I mean swarmed with black flies, it was horrible. I've never even experienced anything like it...More

I was only there to pick up a friend enroute to another outing. I was AMAZED at the location. Tons of spaces. Lots of trees. Very nice camp spots.

We really enjoyed the campground and the short walk to the red sand shore -- Spectacular at low tide! All the campsites are shaded with pine trees. Those on the outer ring are more private. Mostly tents and a few trailers. We would come again!

This campground has no serviced sites and the lot we had close to washroom had no grass and everything ended up covered in mud and pine needles as it rained most of the weekend. The bugs were really bad and my little guys ended up...More

We wound up here by accident driving through the area on a girl's trip. The scenery was grand, but it was raining heavily and we were exhausted from driving for days. It was well past dark when we arrived, and our tiny tent was not...More
