    The kids
The Cafe was fairly priced, food was great. The tour with Emily was not only educational for all 5 of us but we all enjoyed it. I will recommend this to all I know. We were o group of 5 ranging from 6yrs too 52yrs. PWD were treated with respect and patience. She is still taking about patting and feeding on the camels. Thankyou

camel ride fun but would like more experience options during holidays
staff friendly, took daughters out for birthday on school holidays = was disappointed that there was no farm tour running on school holidays, nor were there samples of camel milk to try other than purchasing straight from the cafe. so don't need long there, but would have spent longer and probably more, if we'd been able to do some tasting or more kid (not just littlies, but older kids as well) activities. camel riding made easier for hubby with balance issues as there are a set of steps to climb up to get onto the already standing camels which is good. i know its a working dairy but if you want people to connect, you need to give them a bit more when they're there. i was also looking for ideas for school trip but don't think this would quite hit the mark. have bought some mince to try. wear sunscreen, and take coins for the camel feeding (luckily we had a few in the car to scrounge around).

    Terrific
I found the tour to be most informative. Very cheerful host who knew about camels and how the whole industry works. We stayed for lunch and it was a most pleasant way to spend our time. The views of the scenic rim are spectacular.

    Fantastic experience
We did the tasting tour and came away with a whole new respect for camels and the Summerland farm. The products that are produced on the farm are nothing short of top quality, we will be frequent shoppers at the farm for all of their products. Congratulations guys on what you’re doing there, and the camels love a good scratch and the odd hug. Awesome!

Great educational and memorable trip for the family!
We visited Summer Land Camels for the farm tour and tasting and thoroughly enjoyed it with our guide. She did a beautiful job walking us through the farm and explaining all areas and activities that take place, all with her baby in tow. So impressed!

    Great day out
We took a group of Intellectually Disabled adults to Summer Land, and had a wonderful day out. We did the farm tour where we saw baby camels and the dairy. This included a tasting of camel milk, meat and cheese, which we really enjoyed. Next was the Cameleer Experience where we groomed and fed a camel. Lastly we did a camel ride which was heaps of fun. The cafe food was lovely, and there was heaps of shady trees to have lunch under.

    Camel Trail ride
What great fun this camel trail ride was. The process of booking, travel and pre-ride admin on the day was simple and fast. My nephew and I were fortunate to be on the first camel and, once we got used to it, the ride was very comfortable. The cameleer was really interesting and the 45 minutes went in a flash. The surrounding countryside is beautiful so we also enjoyed the drive to and from Summerland Camels.

Day out at Summer Land Camels
The perfect way to spend a winters day feeding and cuddling camels in the sunshine. It’s easy to unwind and relax here at Summer Land … Camel Time is much more slower. My teenagers really enjoyed the camel ride and we were all entertained by the wonderful Emily and her mini sidekick Hannah on the farm and taste tour. We finished our day with a camelcino and some delicious food from the cafe and stocked up on camel milk and beauty products to take home. It was truly a fabulous day 💖

    Fabulous experience
The beautiful views, wide open spaces and contented camels were a delight to witness. Patting the friendly camels while taking family photos was such fun. We fed the camels and laughed and chatted with other families that had come for the same adventure. The staff were very friendly and the tour guide was such a wealth of knowledge and had a wonderful sense of humour. We truly learned so much about camels and the daily activities of associated with running the farm. The food tasting was an excellent conclusion to the tour of the farm. The camel salami and the cheese was delicious and a favourite of ours. I stocked up on these products. Summer Land Camel Farm is educational and fun for all the family. Fantastic day out.

    Fun for the Family!
We had a great time visiting Summerland Camels. We were able to feed and pet the camels. Enjoyed a nice picnic lunch with a great view of the farm. We also had the opportunity to ride the camels which was a fun experience for adults and children alike! Would definitely consider visiting again in the future.

We booked the Summer Land Farm Tour & Taste with our family and it was a wonderful experience. Out host Emily gave us a guided tour which was informative and memorable as we met some of camels face-to-face. We also stopped by at the Cafe and enjoyed the spectacular views of the Scenic Rim. My son loved the bubble-gum flavoured gelato. There is also a store if you wish to purchase skin care and other products. The staff on the farm are friendly and helpful. Camel rides would be ideal for children 5 years and above. Definitely worth a visit and highly recommend.

The taste and tour was fantastic, the information was worth the trip then the tasting and trial of products made on site was an extra bonus. Our tour guide made the experience exceptional with her commentary and her wit, the shop was fairly priced and I purchased many products due to being able to “try before you buy” I have come away with so much knowledge on camels, their history worldwide and how they came to Australia. I can recommend this tour for anyone as it is a great day out and the cost was minimal, there is a cafe on site where you can purchase an affordable meal, snack or cakes, coffee, cold drinks and gelato. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We arrived for our planned 40 minute camel trail ride for my 7 year olds birthday. We arrived back in half the time and afterwards was told we had received a camel garden ride (15 minutes). It was disappointing for a birthday celebration. However the staff did apologise and offered a refund for the difference in cost but there was no offer to wait until the next trail ride to receive the experience we actually booked and paid for. Overall quite disappointing and still waiting for the refund 3 days later

Hi Stacy,Once again our apologies you did not experience our Camel Trail Ride on the day of your visit. Please know that this was an unfortunate yet simple and honest mistake on our behalf. Our Trail Rides are a relatively new experience to our calendar available at 9am and 11am on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's. As you were booked on the 11am Trail Ride we were unable to offer you another Trail Ride on the day of your visit so offered you farm credit or a refund as you know. At your request we have refunded you and as mentioned over the phone refunds can take between 7 and 14 business days to process through the banks, a timeframe which is outside of our control. We do hope that you and your children enjoyed our Camel Garden Ride and that your 7 year old had a very Happy Birthday.

Fantastic staff. The friendliness and information received on the early morning ride by staff was great! This was followed by an unbelievably good country breakfast.
