Small
This place is smaller than expected… the cafe and shop doesn’t have much. A ride is about $30 per person for 15 minutes which is double the price where I rode camels in Adelaide.

Who would have thought?
Sep. 2021 • Family
For our granddaughters, a lovely experience, especially the camel ride and the new borns.
For us grandparents, who would have thought we could learn and appreciate more. We found it so interesting on the farm tour, the facts we learnt, the benefits of camel milk and other bi-products, it was really an eye opener. A lovely setting for 450 happy camels.

Camels galore
Sep. 2021
went for a morning with the camels, nice easy drive to venue, plenty of parking, you can do the tour and ride the camels or just have something to eat in the cafe and shop. there are camels in close pens to the grassed area so you can feed and pat them. there are table and chairs outside under some trees and lawn games for the kids to play. We took a picnic and sat under the trees they do ask that you buy something in the shop if you take your own food/drinks. The shops sells all camel products for you to taste and also to buy

Great day out
Sep. 2021 • Family
Decided on a spontaneous Sunday day trip to Summer Land Camels. We pre-booked a tour and then also managed to book a camel ride for the kids (6 and 8) when we arrived. The tour was so informative and interesting, and our guide was so passionate about the farm and the animals. The camel ride was a highlight for the kids!! We ended up staying for lunch because we were enjoying ourselves so much. We also bought some skin products to take home. The farm is in a beautiful location, and the camels are obviously loved and well-looked after. I’d definitely recommend a visit!

A lovely afternoon
Sep. 2021 • Family
A lovely afternoon was spent at the camel farm enjoying the beautiful scenery. My boys loved feeding and patting the camels. Some of us did the camel ride - they really enjoyed it. We had a relaxing afternoon sampling the delights from the cafe and spending time with the camels.

A delightful day out
Aug. 2021
I loved the farm tour, I learned so many surprising facts about camels. The guide was funny and knowledgeable, and the camels were all very chill and happy to be patted. Lunch on the big verandah at the cafe was very relaxing. The whole farm and is picturesque with lots of great photo opportunities. Feeding baby camels was another highlight. The experience is well priced.

Camel on!
I had a fantastic time with a group of friends over at summer land. We enjoyed the farm tour learning about the runnings behind the scenes and had a funny guide which made it all the more enjoyable. This is something I’d recommend for all others families friends or couples to check out. Beautiful scenery, characteristic camels which we fed, pat and spoke with. Cafe there was great - it was fun to try some different camel products!
