Their web site advertised discounted price, but will charge you the full admission anyway. Legoland has a wall of electronic choices that will prevent you from reaching a live person to correct this issue.

The full price is too much for what you get to see and do. We went in January 2020. Outdoor play area was closed and the race track was under repair. Movie inside was free but poor quality subject matter. You do get a disinfected bag of lego blocks for your child to play with. Don't expect that they will be able to build a house or anything with special pieces.

I sent Legoland a request for a refund as I would not be able to make it due to illness. They have not sent through anything other than an email to confirm receipt of my request. Instead I receive an email asking me about my experience. I’m very disappointed with the quality of service and I would certainly not recommend buying tickets online.

I was definitely not impressed with LegoLand. It is just chaos in there totally unorganized and germy. I felt like for 35.00 per person even a 4 year old there should be a little more direction and activities. We will not be back nor will we recommend this place to anyone!

Run do not walk AWAY from this mall, it is dreadful. An awful, horrendous place like being in a third-world county. The toilets were filthy, overflowing with toilet paper all over the floor. There were ants walking across my table in the food court and crowds and crowds of people there, half not wearing masks.

You can get exhausted just walking round and round looking for somewhere in particular that you need.

It was disappointing as I remember when the Grapevine Mills was brand new and it was fabulous. I will not be back.

I walked over to Grapevine Mills quite a bit whilst staying at the Hilton. Less than 5 minute walk and perfectly safe.
Massive choice of shops to browse around. I liked Sun and Ski, Nike, Asics, Texas Treasures, Adidas, J Crew, Kate Spade and Coach. There were some great bargains as I was there for Thanksgiving week.
I love the food hall - big choice ranging from pizza to Thai. The food hall is the perfect place to people watch. It’s a really happy environment.
The best time to go is opening time. If you get there much later it can be heaving with people. I went for a stroll around it on Black Friday and it was absolutely packed - everyone had to go in a certain direction going round, but that was an experience for me, so I loved it.
The Mall is set out like a big oval, and if you want to go for a walk, you can do a couple of loops to get your steps in. Great if it’s really hot or if you have not got a car to get to a walking area.
Great place for strolling, shopping and eating.

Absolutely amazing! All of the staff was great and had pleasant attitudes and very helpful and kind to the kids. We enjoyed the rides and building cars to race down the ramps. Also if you go bring a towel and swim suit because they have an outdoor splash pad. (which we didn’t know) I would also book an early time because if you have a little one they could easily be there for 4 hours.

This mall has a lot to offer. But it is filthy! The outside of neighborhood one entry way as well as adjoining parking lot is a disgrace. Same with neighborhood six on other occasions. Inside while better than outside also needs cleaning. Floors and Trash left behind. Do Better!! Take some Pride!

We recently visited the mall and had a great time. Hardly an empty store in the entire mall which is surprising these days. Lots of different possibilities for shopping. There also is a very nice and large food court with plenty of seating. Several different entertainment venues also throughout the mall. We will definitely go back!

We visited Texas for a wedding, so didn't have time for much sightseeing. We wanted some mementos to take home, and much prefer a useful item rather than tourist tat. The mall was great for just that, and was a lovely shopping experience with shops of all tastes and budgets, and a great selection of eateries and entertainment too.

There were several activities such as rides, games, and play set, and different Lego stations set up throughout the area. I wish there were actual directions on how to build different things at the Lego stations. The 4D movie was the best part of the experience. Overall, I’m glad we went to see what it was all about, but I won’t be going back. It’s overpriced for what you get!
