I think my hubby and I would have enjoyed the town square a lot more if there hadn't been so much road construction there. It has been about 8 years since our last visit but still enjoyed Granbury downtown square. Nice shops, eateries, Opera House,...More

Many quaint shops and stops. Several popular activities scheduled for holidays including parades, prayer, wine tastings, great eating places and bed and breakfasts in the surrounding area. Opera House is active and draws excellent talent. Down from the square is a public beach.

Granbury's town square is very quaint. Lots of shops to visit. Excellent places to eat. There is some construction going on, but it is not disruptive to visiting the square. But travel is d toured.

I loved shopping Granbury Square - but what's happening? Shops seem to be all the same. What happened to the fabric store? Others? No foot traffic. Too much construction. We still had a good time but it had a different 'feel'.

Amazing. This is from a year ago and I just got it! If you go to city of Granbury website you can find the schedule of events. The 4th on the square is always a blast. Lots of good food and shopping. Enjoy
