This is a very educative activity for kids and adults. The cavern is not that big to make you tired, but has a lot to see, enjoy and learn. Also a good place to take photos. A little bit on the expensive side.

Very easy access from I-35 and only takes 1 1/2 hours. Very reasonably priced. Our guide, Mary, was very knowledgeable about the caverns history and formation and was able to answer any questions. It was a little steeper at parts than what we expected, but...More

This is a wet cave I am used to dry caves. A lot of interesting features a little steep for some people and it is a hot cave compared to many kids I’ve been in. It is warm and humid at the end of the...More

Walking tour of cave, nothing fancy but a nice way to see something original to the area. Guide was knowleadgable, price was a bit high I thought but worth it if this is your first spelunking opportunity.

Unexpected stop during my Texas trip. The signs along the highway brought us here. We only had to wait approx. 15 minutes for the next tour, which lasted a little over one hour. A good walk but not taxing. It was a nice first cave...More

The in-and-out standard walking tour lasts about 1 hour and covers less than 1 mile roundtrip, for about $21 per adult. The cavern is interesting if you have not seen similar caverns elsewhere. Our guide was pretty good. The gift shop is expensive.

This is a fun guided tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable & was more than willing to answer everybody's questions. This cave was found in 1963 by highway construction crew building I-35. The temp stays at 72 degrees year round & 98%humidity compared to...More

The guided tour is most informative and interesting. Slight incline for coming out of the cave may not be the best choice for the aged or in firm. An outstanding choice for adults and children alike .
