3/9/17 Wish I could review them. To me, they were the best sounding tour and they had the best reviews. We got to town on Tue morning (yesterday) hoping to take their noon tour. I called to book (no online option) and the recorded message said we are "unfortunately shut down for this season". Said we could leave a message... More

Learned a lot about Galveston that I didn't know. The guide was very informative and told us jokes while doing the tour. Learned Galveston had many "first" things... More

This 1 1/2 hr tour was very interesting. Starting with the seawall, going through the historical district looking at beautiful homes, then down to Harborside. Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable - - - He threw in a few fun facts and jokes.. Worth the $10 for sure.

We had a great time and Dave, our tour guide, was quite humorous and very educational. We learned a lot about the history of Galveston and WE ARE LOCALS! We had two small children, 3 and 4 years old, that were kept entertained the full hour and a half. It is the cheapest price out of all the tours on... More

A great way to see and get information on Galveston. The tour focuses on the many beautiful historic homes and buildings. The driver provided interesting information along the way. We got on this tour next the Pleasure Pier, and the price was $10. Very reasonable.

We took the Treasure Isle Tour...an open sided trolley pulled by a jeep...and had a wonderful time. The driver's knowledge of the history of Galveston was remarkable, with a nice bit of humour mixed in. The winding tour showed us a vast number of the city's grand old mansions, as well as the birthplaces of many of the businesses that... More

I learned some new facts on the tour that I hadn't know about Galveston and that is nice. A few too much pointing out of trees that had been cut after Ike and turned into statues.

It's not a train......but was fun anyway. We did this tour on arrival and it was a very good way of getting our bearings. The tour lasted almost 2 hours, and we got to see a lot of the city, including the sea wall, beautiful homes, the tree sculptures ,down town and the port as well as the main landmarks.... More

Not exactly a train (that's a good thing). Excellent tour of old downtown, shipyard, and architecture of Galveston.

Loved this tour. We took first one of the morning. Guide was very informative. He shared about the changes island went through from early days to now. The history of houses that have survived so many storms and how they continue to thrive today is great. It is priced to fit any budget. Loved seeing the history and helped to... More
