They have change some of the boarding processes and it seems to run a lot smoother. Staggered check in times and sign and sail cards once you board. Once we arrived at port we waited less than 15 minutes to board the ship.

Traveled on a Royal Caribbean ship from the port. Port was clean, easily accessible and very well kept. Embarkation went very smooth and we had no issues.

Paid extra to park indoors. While I was on the cruise they put a tarp over the cars and took down the ceiling. Multiple scratches to my car. They denied any liability.

This port is no frills but it gets the job done. The porter was nice and helpful with our bags on the way out. The local staff was friendly and helped everyone maneuver the lines. Going through customs on the way back was really slow...More

The port was easy to get through, there were a lot of people going to the same place but it was pretty much effortless. We took the Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas 7 day cruise to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Jamaica. The staff and...More

We used the port parking while we went on a Carnival cruise. We didn't have to wait in a long line to pay. We were directed to our spot which was very tight. I had to sit and wait for the car load next to...More

If you are driving in the day of the cruise, the parking adjacent to the cruise terminal mentioned by Angela is the easiest and works quite well. Follow your instructions to the ship and then they will direct you to the... More

Yeah there is off site parking that will shuttle you to the ship. But I'd park right at the Port. Like $10.00 a day
