this building must have been made by german carpenters, it has impressive woodwork and the effort to preservation is great

This old hotel is stocked with antiques and memorabilia from the late 1800's. Each room is stuffed with interesting items and the staff is friendly. The hotel is across the street from the historic Gray Mule Saloon

The video in the museum was quite informative. The museum has many objects, clothes, dolls, etc from that time period. There is an archeology room as well. We did not know anything, about Fort Stockton, but we do now!
