Small but fun

Friendly staff! It was low season so not crowded. It was an enjoyable activity for a few hours on a day when the weather wasn't so great.

This location is fun for all ages .Our family enjoys it every time the visit East Texas. Plenty of life guards all around . You are able to Order Pizza , wings and subs. Or if on a budget family is able to return to vehicles with coolers and eat outside.

My kids LOVE this place! Rain or shine you can have a good time! The food is good and reasonable as well. LOTS of lifeguards so safety is never a concern for us! Just lots of fun times had here!

Our first time at the Park and our Girls 5 and 6 yrs old loved it. We stayed for about 5 hours and our kids still weren't ready to leave. I really like the fact that it isn't a huge park and don't have to worry about our kids getting lost. The food is good and not pricey at all.... More

Fun local indoor water park with a retractable roof making this a bonus for rainy days! My only complaint is they are a little proud on their pricing. If you can go on a discount day, that is the best option, especially if you have more than one child or want to join in on the fun!

Went to a birthday Party it was a total disaster. Staff was rude and slow. We had to ask for plates after they served pizza 15 min earlier.

We absolutely love the Water park at The Villages. We've been coming here for a couple of years now and our favorite time to go is during the winter though we have been during all seasons many times. Our kids have so much fun in just the kid area and they never beg to do the lazy river or wave... More

My wife & I bought a 3 day-2 Night stay for $99. Given you listen to their 2 hour timeshare presentation. Which we did. After the sales pitch by Taylor who wasn't pushy but did try had to get you to purchase a timeshare obviously we declined & were confronted by a manger. The manager CJ lowered the price but... More

Good for smaller kids, but not much for older children or adults. It is nice that it is an indoor park so you don't have to worry about sunburns. Bring your own lock for the lockers though, 10 dollars to rent on of theirs for the day is a little bit high. Subway is available on site, although as a... More
