This is a beautiful little lake with picnic area, walking trails, ducks and geese, fishing, etc. There is parking near the lake, and a covered pavilion as well as an indoors available to rent for special occasions. We have been there many times.

I grew up on Waterloo Lake. Over the years, it has gone from a fishing hole to a nice place for family picnics and a path to walk around the lake. Some places are muddy and rocky. But it's a nice combination of a nature walk and partial finished trails.

I love coming here just to go fish with my boyfriend. I caught a pretty good size one too. It is big and has lots of activities.

Fun times walking around the lake there is a pretty easy path to follow around the lake & you can find some other more challenging paths if you would like.

Was looking for a new walking trail in a new hometown. Found the short path the first visit, which was quite pleasant. Second visit, found the path around the lake. Wasn't expecting to "hike", but that's what I found about halfway around. Very scenic, quiet; was greeted by some healthy-looking fish feeding near the shore. There's a playground, boat ramp,... This is a pretty small park tucked away in Denison Tx. Pretty scenery, good hiking trail, beautiful small lake, kid friendly. We loved it!

This is a nice place to run, jog, walk, sit or have a BBQ. For running there are numerous trails with some minor hills if you wish to take them in your route. You can run part of the way shielded from the sun in the woods. Just need to be careful not to stray too far off the established... More

There's a lot of fun things to do and it's right here in town. You can feed the ducks! Bring your old bread and chips. There's a very nice walking trail. They even have several running events there every year. They have benches for you to just sit and enjoy the scenery. If pitchin washers are you thing, the have... More

This is a nice park in the city of Denison. There is a hiking trail around a small lake. A good spot for families with a small playground and plenty of benches.
