That area of Greenville avenue has been rebuild including planting trees, grass and bushes along the sideways. We had a nice sunday walking around this area.

You can drive up & down Greenville Ave. and find an interesting assortment of eating & shopping places. There are lots of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and all sorts of shops. Easy to navigate, and lots of fun to go through some of the shops.

This is the place to be on St Patty's day!!! The parade and festivities are world class. The green 🍻 beer flows freely. The rest of the year it's just cool neighborhood!

Traffic and parking wise, lower Greenville is a nightmare, esp. lowest where there is construction. But once your on your feet walking, there is no place better. Restaurants and bars of every kind (not chains), shops, the Granada (best theater around), just tons of stuff to see & do.

There are so many great places to eat from lower Greenville all the way up to Park Lane. From the new kids on the block, like Rapscallion, to institutions like Terilli's, you can find something great to eat for all budgets. Start is also a good choice at University.

Greenville Ave. has been popular for years. Doesn't seem to be much going on here now. We ate at Snuffer's on a Sunday evening - so good! Sit out on the patio if you can. This place has been around forever but it's still delicious!

Lower Greenville is still one of the best places to eat in Dallas, even after all these years. If you can ignore the I'm-an-upscale-place-for-self-consciously-trendy-young-people places, the rest are funky, classy, unusual, and/or one-of-a-kind eateries and bars.
