A great place to amazing views of Dallas and learn about it’s history. It’s not very big so it won’t take much time, but it’s worth the visit. There is a coffee shop up there. The regular tourist attraction pictures and gift shop in place.

Best time to go is prior to sunset - seeing the lights come on as the sun set was glorious! View is well worth the fee to go up. Highlight for me was watching videos about the JFK assassination while looking down on Dealey Plaza.
