My alma mater, and I am proud to be an SMU grad, it was a quality education and an interesting experience with a sprinkling of the rich and famous. The campus is gorgeous, colonial style architecture, red brick buildings with white pillars, and gold domes on a couple of the buildings. If you get a chance, attend an SMU basketball... More

I love to visit here. It is hard to find parking but it is such a wonerful campus to walk around. It is so obvisous that there is great pride and heritage here. Buildings need to better marked but amazing buildings. I love this place.

Visited here to see the campus, beyond what is seen via sports venues. Enjoyed a wonderful walk around the campus and football stadium.

What a gorgeous campus! When people say they had the 'college experience' this is the type of university they are referencing. Gorgeous grounds, buildings and trees... just lovely!

Beautiful campus and art museum in close proximity to the George W Bush Presidential Library. This is a wonderful place to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon just seeing the campus.

I have attended 4-5 classes in the continuing education program (French, Spanish and Photography). All were excellent with very good professors. Will do again. Nice facility with good parking. Not expensive.

We drove through one afternoon, and it is pretty. The mustang sculptures were the highpoint. Not a huge campus, so was easy to get around.

I've previously visited SMU during a high school trip and was absolutely smitten with the campus. The grounds are very well-maintained and it's clear they put a lot of investment into the aesthetics - it's appearance rivals that of many other nice private universities. However, I made the mistake of visiting during a Saturday when there was a tailgate. Apparently... More

SMU is a destination for Dallas visitors. The Meadows Museum of Art has the largest private collection of Spanish art in the United States. The gallery is never crowded, well-lit and the docents are knowledgeable and helpful. Artists include Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, and Juan Gris, with the majority of works created during the Spanish Golden Age by Baroque artists... More
